No betje employee or representative will ever ask for your password or payment PIN. If anyone requests this information, treat it as fraudulent.

Welcome Bonus and General Bonus Policy

betje offers an attractive welcome bonus for new members: a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times (10x).

For example: if you deposit ৳5,000, you will receive a ৳7,500 bonus. To become eligible to withdraw the total ৳12,500 (deposit + bonus), you must place a total of ৳125,000 in bets (10 times the bonus amount).

• Each account may claim the welcome bonus only once.
• After claiming a bonus, the wagering requirement must be completed within a specified time, otherwise the bonus will expire.
• Not all games can be played with bonus funds — only specific games are eligible for bonus wagering; the list of eligible games will be provided in the details of each offer.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless betje explicitly permits it.
• betje reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• If bonus abuse is proven (such as multiple accounts or arbitrage betting), the bonus and associated winnings will be cancelled.

What Is Strictly Prohibited

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the betje platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening or operating an account using another person's identity or information.
• Abusing the bonus system, such as attempting to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities or errors to gain funds unfairly.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Fraudulent collusion with other players.
• Impersonating a betje employee or representative.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.

If any of the above activities are proven, the relevant account will be immediately closed, all pending bonuses and winnings will be forfeited, and legal action will be taken if necessary.

betje's Liability

betje makes every effort to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, in certain circumstances beyond the Company's control, services may be disrupted.

• betje is not liable for any loss caused by technical errors, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues.
• betje does not bear liability for the failure of third-party software or payment providers.

• The user bears full responsibility for any financial loss resulting from participation in gambling.

betje's total liability will never exceed the actual amount of funds involved in the relevant transaction.

Reasons for Account Closure

betje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Opening an account with false or incomplete information.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity or system abuse.
• Suspicion of money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Order from a court or government authority.

Voluntary Account Closure

You can request to close your account at any time through betje support. Withdraw any valid balance before closing your account. As part of responsible gaming, you can voluntarily take a temporary break (Self-Exclusion) — contact support to do so.

Right to Change and Notice

betje reserves the right to change, modify, or update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will:
